- Fair Use: You agree to use Cookd in a lawful and respectful manner, in line with these Terms and all applicable laws.---3. Data Ownership and Use- Your Data: You retain ownership of the recipe inputs you provide.
- Processing: By using Cookd, you grant us permission to process your input data via trusted third-party AI providers solely to deliver recipe suggestions and app features.
- Minimal Data Retention: We do not store your input data server-side. Some third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) may process or retain data according to their own policies.---4. User ConductYou agree not to:- Use Cookd for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the functionality of Cookd or its systems.
- Submit content that is abusive, discriminatory, or illegal.---5. Data Deletion- On-Device Storage: All data is stored locally on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the app.
- Payments: If you wish to request deletion of email addresses used for payment, please contact [email protected].---6. Service Availability and Modifications- Service Changes: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Cookd or any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
- No Guarantee of Availability: While we strive to keep Cookd available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.---7. Disclaimer of Warranties- As-Is Basis: Cookd is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content or that the service will meet your personal expectations.---8.
